Yes, you do need a medical cannabis card to purchase marijuana in Washington, DC. However this process is quick and painless, and free for DC residents. Please give us a call if you would like to arrange one of our Budtenders to assist you with the application.

All applications are done online through the ABCA website. If you are a DC Resident, the application is free. If you are a non-resident of DC there is a $10 fee for a 3 day temporary medical cannabis license.
